Hi, my name is Dianne Kunce. I live on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and I’m an administrative assistant.
The device was an external hard drive that just stopped working one day. The device actually belonged to my daughter. It contained eleven years of pictures and videos of life’s best moments – her wedding, the birth of her children, my grandchildren, family Christmases, graduations, birthday parties, etc. None of which could be replaced.
