Hi, my name is Dianne Kunce. I live on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and I’m an administrative assistant.

The device was an external hard drive that just stopped working one day. The device actually belonged to my daughter. It contained eleven years of pictures and videos of life’s best moments – her wedding, the birth of her children, my grandchildren, family Christmases, graduations, birthday parties, etc. None of which could be replaced.

My experience with DriveSavers was outstanding. From start to finish, I received excellent customer service. Each person I spoke with was professional, they were patient with the many questions I had, and on top of it all they were very personable – I felt like I was talking to a friend.

The communication was A+. I received email messages, I received text messages all through the process. At any point, I knew the stage that my drive was in the recovery process. I don’t know much about the technical side of computers and data recovery, but all I can say is, job well done because they were able to recover almost 100% of the data that we had lost.
